Caaradar is a web-based platform designed to help users practice driving skills and road theory in a virtual environment. It is intended as a supplemental educational tool and is not a substitute for formal driving lessons, professional instruction, or certified government testing.

3. Features and User Access

Caaradar provides both free and premium (paid) content, including:

• Interactive Lessons: Rules regarding roundabouts and basic car controls.
• Free Practice: Practice driving in a virtual Model Town Board environment.
• Driver Education Quizzes: Access to various driving theory quiz sets (subject to payment/subscription).
• Model Town Board Game: Interactive driving scenarios with instructional feedback.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Access to certain features, specifically the Theory Quiz Sets and advanced Model Town Board Simulation challenges, requires payment.

• All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing for access is displayed on the website and is subject to change at our discretion.
• Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the specified content for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Caaradar provides its services "as is." We make no claim that the app accurately reflects real-world driving conditions or guarantees its accuracy in preparing users for actual driving tests or licensing exams.

• Assumption of Risk: It is the user's responsibility to seek professional driving instruction.
• Liability: Caaradar is not liable for any real-world traffic violations, accidents, or injuries resulting from a user's interpretation of the game's mechanics or quiz content.

6. User Conduct and Content

• You are responsible for any content you submit to the site, including comments, nicknames, and screenshot entries.
• You must not submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
• You agree not to attempt to bypass any payment gates, reverse engineer the simulation game, or disrupt the website's functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the application, website, and game — including but not limited to the "Model Town Board" digital simulation, code, design, logos, and quiz questions — belong to Caaradar.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the game app or its content without express written permission from Caaradar.

8. Third-Party Services

The web app may integrate with third-party services, such as Google AdSense for advertising and various payment gateways for processing transactions. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the web app and its paid features at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. In the event of termination for breach of contract, no refunds for paid content will be issued.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
